Remember almost nothing on both, however, except for the themes (not the japanese originals, because back then italian channels commissioned a single song written and sung in italian and used as both opening and ending, and it was rare that even used the original piece of music) |

| High School DxD Necessarily, it wasn't me seeing this by choice, I was sitting in now a non-existent gmod DarkRP server and someone queued it to play on the TV where we were at in the game. It was actually interesting, so I watched it. That was about 3 to 4 years ago now. |

| I never watched Pokemon, DB, One Piece or Naruto as a kid. As a kid I really enjoyed watching Doraemon and that was prolly my first anime. But I never knew it was anime until way later. Other anime I also liked to watch as a kid was Ninja Hattori, Shinchan, Kiteretsu, and other such anime they would show on TV. Apart from that, the first anime I watched knowing that it was anime was Death Note. |

| Technically my first anime was Bakugan but I watched it without knowing it was an anime. I was in 4th grade and I watched it thinking it was a classic cartoon. I remember falling in love with Shun and having a lot of Bakugan merchandise <3 The first anime I watched knowing it was an anime was Tokyo Ghoul. I was in high school at the time and it was ridiculously popular (2014) Most people in my class were watching it or at least knew it's name. |

| I think you mean the first anime for which you actually knew that it was anime and not something you just randomly watched on Cartoon network or something. For me that was Mekakucity actors. I was a fan of vocaloid in high school, so you can imagine my excitement when I discovered that there was an adaptation of my favourite vocaloid series. Even though the series didn't really live up to that hype, it remains the show that catapulted me into anime and honestly I wouldn't want to have it any other way. |

Well, mine was Naruto, but since you don't want that nor probably Bleach either... I think next up for me was Death Note. I remember watching it when it was still airing. That and Code Geass. |
