Speaking of trashed series I should have posted my completed Sukitte Ii na Yo and BTOOOM! sets on 2ch... I suppose I still could! I tweeted a picture of the Sukitte collection to Kanae Hazuki (mangaka)and Kanae tweeted back ”オールコンプ！！" or 'all complete!!' along with thanks and told me to look forward to the OVA with volume 11 ;) |

The thing i'm getting at is that Crime Edge could've ranked above Shinsekai Yori 8 on June 19. Who knows, the gap in sales on June 19 might be much bigger than on June 18 between Crime Edge and Shinsekai Yori. That could make it closer to KamiHaji 7 than Shinsekai Yori 8. ^ I think the two DVDs of Kamiusage Rope should also sell very well (yeah, like Usavitch and Golden Eggs, it is very short anime but it is anime made in Japan nonetheless). And according to points accrued in Amazon Stalker, the order of the BDs starting on sale today should be: girlpan6 lovelive4 kotonoha psycho-pass7 seed destiny macross+ mjp1 yamato karneval2 girlpan re3 hakkenden4 girlpan re4 but Psycho-Pass is below Macross+ and Seed Destiny in Oricon. Since yesterday sales ranking should reflect mainly internet sales (so one would expect its ranking to be close to the Amazon Stalker final score), I wonder if this means Psycho-Pass is not doing as good or the two BD Boxes are doing better than Stalker predicts. |

Those sales for LoveLive!, Koto no ha no niwa and GaruPan are pre-orders which ship a day early. Storefront sales would be today I think? So anything storefront-heavy would show up lower on prerelease day but higher the day after. LoveLive! 4 now says in stock June 23 at amazon.jp GaruPan 6 is in stock today at amazon.jp Koto no ha no Niwa is in stock today at amazon.jp Should be interesting Tuesday morning... |

Shingeki no kyojin is gonna sell crazily high, as expected. Man, this Isayama guy really is gonna cash in, damn. Gargantia experienced a drop, yes. I thought the animation and art while beautiful, failed to make me get caught up with the story, the pace is just too slow overall Glad to see Railgun 2 doing well, sexond best show of the season, honestly, I hope it sells 20k so we can get a season 3 soon withlots of Misaki |

Here's an important fact that those figures won't tell you. Prices between shows are very different. For example, DAL first vol is priced at 8.2k yen, while most other shows are around ~4k (yahari = 3.5k, AOT = 4.5k, Hennko = 5k etc). Secondly not all shows are created equal, some have stronger following base than others. I expect most of the shows have somewhere between 30-60% drop in between volumes while a few that have a more hardcore audiences will barely drop at all 10-20%. Then there's the possibility of overestimation.. |
