| I already like Chika and her friend so much more than Honoka and Kotori. Don't care for the reused student council plot. The pink haired girl from the beginning is my favourite so far. I'm probably looking most forward to this one this season. |
| Oh boy. Love Live. A series I love because I find it to be trash, the good kind of trash. I found the opening CG and the overall music much more enjoyable than the previous Love Live, so getting into this, I was pretty hyped. I don't know if it was because I found the entire first series to be Idol Waifu Trash and only looked at it because I was inexperienced in anime and because my siblings hated it, but I just find Sunshine to be far more enjoyable, I mean, it was still pretty trash, but better trash. Like a fancy trash can instead of the kitchen one that hasn't been cleaned in a while. Characters are very interesting, and entertaining to watch, at least to me, but I'm tired of 8th Grade Syndrome, like, really tired of that. I DID REALLY LIKE THE INCLUSION OF THE ORIGINAL GIRL'S SONG AS HER INSPIRATION TO BECOME AND IDOL. A lot. Good first episode. |

| I'm hyped! That's what I wanna say... but not this student-council-will-get-in-the-way pattern again... I love the scenery tho! Lmao so Ohara really is engrish. I thought she's going to be this soft, mother-like figure (who has blonde hair for no reason) almost like Nozomi. The new heroine is cuter than I imagined Yay start:dash Man, Riko is beautiful and lovable And I already like You! The girls who join fast are nice Seems like the student president is tsundere, at least she's not as tightlipped as Eli was at the beginning I got hyped anyway, as expected of love live. 8/10 |

Enrollment ceremony was held at the time the anime started, so it can't be half a year skip. |

Her solo in Strawberry Trapper ("her Yohane singing voice") sounded pretty much exactly like her voice right after she falls from the tree. By "Yoshiko's talking voice" I meant the higher pitched one she switches to after Hanamaru finds her out, i.e. the one she uses when not roleplaying as Yohane. |

And there is no 3rd LL yet at least from the clues in the 1st episode As I understood it, µ's were asked to play abroad to bring attention to school idols and Love Live, so they can organize the competition at the Dome. Meanwhile µ's just played at the streets of Tokyo together with A-RISE and tons of *nameless idol #54432* Then again, you are right, 3rd Love Live couldn't have taken place with just 2 weeks timeskip. |

MUSE! but well, let's give this a chance.. it's just a shame that yohane's voice isnt to my liking ..she was the sole reason i tried watching it ,after seeing her all over the internet (looks like she'll be the most popular one.. but arg her voice! >o< and why are the characters so similar to the previous ones... people will just start comparing them. ---------------edited---------- Oh,wait. | XD i kinda enjoyed that execpt that 3D dance in the op :c i just can't stand that. but that ending song was nice to hear :D at least the second generation have a few different settings even tho it has some same setting like the first generation has. i like it that they started the character from second year instead of the first year too. if they started it from the first years i would be the same like the first generation. so i really like that they did that. there are no girls witht the exact same personality like the girls in the first generation too so i really like that :D and the scene where the girl was watching the big scere showing u's singing "start dash" man....that brings back memories and kinda feels sad......i want to rewatch the first generation now xD and i have a feeling that this series will be having either split cour or 2 cour ? cause it would be too rushed if they made it only 1 cour ? anyway, i'm looking foward for the next episode :D |

| For sure this is also the same universe as the original love live group! I feel that the trials and obstacles of this idol group would much difficult that the original love live. Damn! the popularity of Love Live surely is a hit and made it possible to make another show! And Damn! almost all of the Seiyuu for the nine girls are also quite pretty! 5/5. |

| so unoriginal... same plot, same formula, tropes from previous were jumbled and was pass onto new characters, copy pasted lines, that weird cg intro, mari on a pink helicopter(she really reminds me of mugi from k-on, maybe she has yuri goggles too) but chika is CUTE AS FUCK so ill give it a second try |

| This is such a carbon copy of the original show that it's more of a reboot than anything, hilarious how they can get away with it for the sole reason of idolstuff selling like hotcakes no matter how unoriginal or uninspired it is. So, two or three seasons? |

| Not a bad start. The CGI seems to have improved, and there are some very different voices from the original crew. They have some big shoes to fill, so we'll see how these new characters do ^^ Also, why does the Student Council President always gotta be a bitch?! |

| At first I really liked Muse too much that I didn't wanna watch the anime for Aqours, especially after the game's update in JP where they released all Aqours songs and cards but now.. I am so waifuing Hanamaru. What an introduction for Ruby and Yoshiko though. Premise right now reminds me of the original group though, energetic orange haired chick wants to make a idol club since she was inspired by another group, but the mean student council president who obviously will join the idol club later won't accept the club. I wonder if when Riko saw the photo of Muse she realized they were wearing the same school uniform she had.. |

| I feel sorry for those who see it for the first time this anime (without having ever seen Love Live), but "almost" everything that we have seen in this episode, is similar to what we saw in the first season of Love Live. Even the heroine, in some ways, seems to remember the character of Honoka and not just her. Excellent graphics, the work of Sunrise, is also high in the animations. The ending is really pretty, the opening a little less; talking about songs, it was a blow to the heart, re-hear Start: Dash; fabulous! Beautiful backdrops. |

| Good first episode . Though i don't expect any of the girls to beat the original love live characters like my Nico, Umi, Nozomi, and honkers Honoka. Riko has potential though. The feels and nostalgia when start:dash played. |

| Liking some of the girls so far especially what I saw of Kanan, Riko, and Dia, but damn Chika feels like an inferior version of Honkie lol. Don't have much opinion on You and Yoshino yet; curious to find out why they're fan favorites. Anyway, nice first episode. |

I didn't notice that I'm already smiling while watching them singing and dancing in the OP and ED. Damnit. I love it! <3 I'm in love with its animation and I noticed the usage of CGI, and it didn't bother me at all. :) |

| Phew, what a sugar rush that was! Everything is super hyper and everyone is totally crazy. It should be renamed to Love Live: Asylum cause we're in the crazy house. Jests aside, it's already off to a promising start. Very upbeat and eccentric. I don't mind how similar it is to the first series. Kind of funny how Chika even does Honoka's big "EEEEEHHHHHH!!!!" |

| It took me nearly a year of playing the Love Live game before I started watching u's make their anime debut and I was instantly attached to every character since I had 9 months worth of stories with them to read and songs from them to listen. It took even longer for me to warm up to the new gals at Sunshine since I previously kept comparing them to their predecessors but spending a lot of time getting to know them in the game made me more and more interested in knowing about each of them deeper and finding out about how they ended up together as a group. I'd like to say that I wasn't surprised but I was when the whole first episode made me feel a lot of emotion in each scene. I didn't expect to smile this much throughout the whole episode. From the opening to the surprise ending song, I've thoroughly enjoyed it all. The First Years' idiotic antics and Chika's feel-good aura that even touched You made me smile, Ms. Ohara's heavily accented debut and Dia's attempt on being a strict student council president who knows awfully a lot about school idols (unlike Eli's debut that was very intimidating even though she's one of my favorites) made me laugh, and Chika's story about being inspired by u's with Start;Dash playing made me tear up a little ♥ Riko seemed to be moved by Chika's words of encouragement after she stopped her from hurling herself into the sea but she has yet to accept her sudden idol invite. I suppose that she's the type to go straight back home since she should've met with Maki even once in the Music Room if she practices there but she's one of the few Otonokizaka students who lived under a rock. Hope they'll be able to make the club! |

| It has been a while since I watched the first School Idol series and honestly, I am liking this so far. Chika being influenced by µ is nice. And I loved it when the episode played START:DASH!!. Overall, A great episode. Liking the OP so far. |

| Okay episode for me. The animation seems to have been improved by a large margin. The songs were good enough; however it was very hard to not compare LL og cast to Sunshine's. I don't really feel anything for Chika; Dia seems like a cunt, just like Eli at the beginning but the rest was good in their own way. Hanamaru had a funny gag "Zura" lol and Yohane showed an amazing voice right after she landed off the tree. Too bad it looked like that was not her real one. You was cool enough. Also, how come Rika doesn't know anything about μ's?? They are literally the only reason Otonokizaka continued to exist. On a side note, I now understand all those memes about You being a cuck. |
